Small changes improved your physique in the short period

Short-term meaning as little as a few weeks to a few months.

Small changes meaning something like diet (such as eating more carbs or a having a high protein meal post workout), training (such as adding a few sets, training with high reps, or shooting for a pump every workout), or simple lifestyle changes (sleeping more, stressing less, etc)
Just curious to see what you guys have done to make noticeable progress.

(Edit): Wow! I was not expecting so many responses. Just want to say thank you. Everyone should be proud of the things they’ve accomplished! It certainly isn’t easy! Please pat yourselves on the back.

(Edit 2): Just wanted to add a few things I’ve seen through the comments several times:

Sleep more - aim for 7-8 hours

Cut out alcohol or consume less of it

Cutting out sugars

Lifting consistently and tracking calories

Quitting soda and other high-calorie drinks
